Buchan Group Fitout

Niche were enlisted by Buchan Group, a Leading Architectural firm in Sydney to strategically manage it’s Fitout, Relocation and Makegood. Creating a seamless transition from one office to another with minimal downtime. We were able to prioritize desking and data installations so that staff could move in and continue working while the other elements were built.

We were fortunate enough to be able to build this fitout in a one of a kind heritage listed wool shed with high ceilings and natural exposed timber beams.
