The project involved impeccable timing and coordination of Niche’s complete service offering to deliver a customised, end to end solution for Little.
Niche utilised our independent market knowledge of the greater Sydney market to highlight options that would support Little Real Estate’s particular space needs and reflect their needs for a unique workplace environment.
At the conclusion of the negotiations, Little opted to relocate from Kings Cross to 300 Elizabeth Street Sydney. Utilising the incentives negotiated by Niche for negotiated lessor’s works and the end to end solution of the project delivery arm of Niche Projects, Little Real Estate achieved a within cost and budget, high end fit out solution.
